Tom Knecht serves as Vice President at Colliers in Portland, OR, specializing in industrial real estate brokerage. He advises tenants and owners on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions across the Portland metro region, with a primary focus on the North/Northeast submarkets, Clackamas, and Tualatin.
Notable deals include brokering a 60,000-square-foot, 10-year lease with Swan Island Sheet Metal, identifying and securing an off-market, 100% leased industrial property that a buyer acquired for $8.95 million and representing a national client in its $4.15-million buy of a property leased by United Rentals.
Knecht is vice president of the Commercial Association of Brokers (Oregon Chapter) and the Oregon SIOR Chapter and coaches youth flag football. He also participates in the Revitalize Portland Coalition.
Knecht received CoStar’s Power Broker Award and Colliers Portland Industrial Brokerage Team of the Year. He earned his SIOR designation at age 28.
