Matt McLennan is an Executive Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews, specializing in the leasing, sales, development, and investment of industrial properties throughout the Puget Sound region. He is an elected member of the Kidder Mathews Board of Directors. He serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Advisory Committee (which he launched), where he leads strategic initiatives that enhance collaboration and performance across the company.

In his career with Kidder Mathews, McLennan has completed over 3.7 million square feet of sale and lease transactions and managed over 400 acres of land deals totaling more than $460 million in volume. Notable transactions include a $41-million, 202,000-square-foot disposition (Bonney Lake, WA), a $22-million land deal (Auburn, WA) and a 354,000-square-foot lease (Bonney Lake, WA).

McLennan serves on the Tacoma-Pierce County Economic Development Board and works with industry organizations, including SIOR-Washington and CCIM, where he previously served as Secretary and Education Chair, respectively.
