Jeff Hodson is a partner on CBRE’s Capital Markets team in the Pacific Northwest, providing strategic advisory and transaction services to institutional real estate owners and investors and corporate occupiers of commercial real estate. Hodson and the team combine investment sales, advisory, financing, and investment banking into a single, fully integrated global service offering.

Notable transactions included a $26.25-million non-performing loan sale involving 2601 Elliot, the $45-million Redmond Woods sale, the $16.28-million sale of BrewPub & Spring District and the $11-million short sale of 2505 Second.

Hodson has spearheaded several initiatives, including standardizing deliverables across multiple markets, developing new capital markets content, valuation approaches and marketing strategy templates, and supplying training for new analysts.

He hosts young professional events, mentors students interested in real estate careers and has been invited to the ULI Council.
