Spearheaded the $9-million sale of the Schwans Portfolio

Represented tenant MH Elevate Sports in a 42,500-square-foot lease

As a Cushman & Wakefield Senior Associate, Nicolas Alfieri’s primary focus is tenant representation within the Industrial sector business, with supplemental experience in agency leasing.

Notable transactions he closed include representing MH Elevate Sports in a 42,500-square-foot lease, working with Modern Logistics to secure a 12,000-square-foot lease and spearheading the $9-million sale of the Schwans Portfolio.

Alfieri advocates for others and is willing and able to mentor new brokers. He is active in the Special Olympics and volunteers for the Rotary Boys and Girls Club.
