Ryan Harmon is vice president, investments, at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in multifamily investment sales throughout the Pacific Northwest. Harman has been involved in over $5 billion in transactions, with over $500 million that was directly sourced and executed by him.

Harmon was a lead broker on a $102-million sale of a 557-unit, three-property multifamily portfolio in South Tacoma. He also structured a HUD loan assumption deal in Olympia for Park View Apartments.

He mentors and trains current team analysts. In addition to his core Puget Sound business, he proactively and single-handedly expanded the team’s geographical coverage model in Eastern Washington and Idaho.

Harmon is involved in NAIOP and the ULI. In addition to his professional affiliations, he supports The Scooty Fund.

Harmon is one of only seven investment sales brokers in the Pacific Northwest—across all product types—to receive CoStar Power Broker awards. For the past three years, he has been selected as a Sales Recognition Award (SRA) recipient from Marcus & Millichap/IPA and received the company’s Rising Star Award for the Seattle office.

These are just a few reasons we chose Ryan Harmon as one of Connect CRE’s Seattle & Northwest 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
