Morgan Richey is a Managing Director at Newmark’s Bellevue, WA office. He specializes in industrial landlord representation, tenant representation and buyer/seller representation. His role involves property identification, lease and purchase-sale agreement (PSA) negotiation, and financial analysis for industrial properties in Pierce and Thurston Counties.
Two years into his broker career, he sourced a $43-million sale of an industrial property at 3303 S. 35th St. in Tacoma. He also played a key role in a $46-million disposition/acquisition at 3030/3025 32nd Ave SW in Tumwater, WA.
Richey is a member of Newmark’s Industrial Advisory Board, where he contributes to strategic initiatives and helps shape the firm’s approach to industrial real estate. He has been an assistant coach for the varsity football team at Bellevue High School since 2018.
He has been recognized as Newmark’s National Rising Star of the Year, as a CoStar Power Broker and received Connect CRE’s Top Producing Industrial Team and Pacific Northwest Top Industrial Broker Awards.
