Lee & Associates Multifamily Associate Vice President Chris Larsen joined the company in 2022 after gaining experience collecting and analyzing apartment data in the Puget Sound real estate market.

Larsen graduated from Washington State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. With previous experience in sales and customer relations, he has proven to be driven and reliable, emphasizing putting clients first. With a lifelong passion for real estate, Larsen demonstrates his dedication and knowledge of the industry by seeking out win/win opportunities to better serve his clients. He was promoted to his current position in January 2025.

He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, the Rental Housing Association and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. Larsen is pursuing a CCIM designation.
