In 2025, has six deals under contract, totaling $16.5 million

As an associate with Marcus & Millichap, Spencer Berkley specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of net-leased properties nationwide.

Berkley has closed 21 transactions totaling $33.8 million in the past 12 months. He currently has six deals under agreement totaling $16.5 million in his pipeline. Notable achievements include selling a five-property portfolio for the childcare company Busy Bees.

Berkley is mentoring a 2025 Investment Brokerage Intern for his team this summer. He created a robust curriculum outside of the firm’s eight-week program to provide an impactful experience for the intern.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Berkley is committed to community service, actively participating in “Brokers for Kids,” a part of Boys Hope, Girls Hope.

Marcus & Millichap honored Berkley with its Rising Star award.
