Brandon Goodman serves as executive vice president at Colliers in Utah, where he leads one of the top-performing investment sales teams in the Mountain States. Goodman advises institutional clients, developers, and private investors across Utah and 18 other states. He has closed more than $1.7 billion in real estate deals and often invests alongside his clients.
His history includes handling one of the largest retail transactions in Utah County history, the acquisition of Eastbay Shopping Center, in which Goodman represented the buyer. He also represented a buyer in its $40-million purchase of Vivint Industrial Park.
He serves as a youth leader in his church, mentoring 14 to 16-year-old boys. Goodman qualified for the Colliers Everest Club and was named a 40 under 40 Honoree by Utah Valley Business Magazine.
