Secured a 28,000-square-foot, five-year lease for an engineering firm
Jennifer Villalobos is an associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s tenant advisory group in Phoenix. In her first year as a tenant rep broker in 2023, she closed 20 transactions. Notable deals include securing a five-year lease for a 28,000-square-foot office on behalf of an engineering firm.
Villalobos is vice chair and former treasurer of NAIOP Developing Leaders and currently serves on the organization’s Steering Committee. She also served as vice chair of the ULI’s Women Leadership Initiative.
Villalobos is the co-founder of Girls Can Build and the American Cancer Society’s Latinos Contra el Cancer—Arizona Chapter, where she served two years as Chair and a year after as Chair Emeritus. She is on the boards of the Valleywise Health Foundation and Arizona Financial Credit Union and is Three Precious Miracles’ marketing chair.
Villalobos received the ULI Emerging Leaders Award, the Phoenix Business Journal’s “Outstanding Women in Business” and “40 under 40” honors and Premios Nosotros’ “Outstanding Latino Leader of the Year” award.
