Gensler

One of Gensler’s youngest Co-Operations Leads

Serves as an ASU faculty member

As a licensed interior designer with Gensler, Kiana Taie is involved in all phases of a project, from conceptual design through construction documentation. Beyond her responsibilities as an interior designer, Taie is the Co-Operations Lead—one of the youngest—for the Gensler Phoenix office, where she contributes to strategic decision-making processes and oversees the workplace studio’s financial performance.

Taie is an ASU faculty member and vice president of student affairs with IIDA. She is recognized as a thought leader, regularly sharing insights on emerging workplace design trends.

She has been honored by the IIDA Southwest Chapter several times and received accolades for Design Excellence for Commercial Interiors.

These are just a few reasons we chose Kiana Taie as one of Connect CRE’s Phoenix & Southwest 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
