Jack Ellis is a senior Associate with Transwestern in the greater Denver market. He specializes in tenant advisory and workplace solutions. He manages a national multi-market account consisting of more than 214 leased and 58 owned properties and coordinates transactions across the country.

Transactions included representing the Colorado Fire and Police Pension Association, selling a 32,000-square-foot office building for $3.9 million, and relocating the organization to Class A space in Denver. He also managed several large-scale office and industrial requirements for a national client, including a 40,000-square-foot lease in Texas, a 17,000-square-foot office requirement in Houston, and multiple transactions in California totaling over $33 million in sales and acquisitions.

Ellis is a member of Transwestern Young Professionals, engaging with peers across the company to foster connection, growth and collaboration. In the community, he volunteers with We Don’t Waste, a nonprofit organization that provides food to families facing food insecurity.      

Ellis has been honored with NAIOP Colorado’s Broker Rising Star Award and Transwestern’s National Rising Star Award.
