Negotiated the $27.2-million sale of Proximity Baseline
Griffen Tymins is an associate at CBRE and leads the Build to Rent (BTR) western region, working alongside the CBRE Phoenix Institutional Properties multifamily team.
Some notable transactions include representing seller Bela Flor Communities in the $95.76 million sale of Bella Encanta (Mesa, AZ); representing seller Miramonte Homes in its $43.5 million sale of Missoula Loftst on Broadway (Missoula, MT), and representing seller Avenue North in its $27.2-million sale of Proximity Baseline (Phoenix).
In his previous job with Alliance Residential, Tymins spearheaded the establishment and national expansion of Silveray, Alliance’s signature BTR brand.
Beyond his daily responsibilities, Tymins oversees the summer interns for his Institutional Properties’ multifamily team in Phoenix. He is also a member of the Rising Professional Organization and participates in the CBRE Cares Arizona Chapter.
Tymins is part of the team that received Connect CRE’s Top Broker Award for the Southwest Region and the NAIOP Arizona Chapter Multifamily Broker Team of the Year Award.
