Zoe Benson is a workplace strategist and space planning expert at JLL. She helps clients determine the amount of space necessary, how to program it, and how to align the physical environments with business and culture goals – all while redefining how companies navigate the evolving demands of office environments post-pandemic.

Benson works closely with brokers and tenants to advance office footprints in today’s hybrid world. He has demonstrated an exceptional ability to merge design, business strategy and behavioral science to help shape the future of work.

A few of her recently completed projects include workplace advisory and planning for Pierce Atwood (Boston), Advisor360 (Boston), GlossGenius (NYC), the Massachusetts School Building Authority (Boston), Tradeweb (NYC), and Rue Gilt Groupe (Boston).

She mentors junior colleagues on JLL’s national workplace strategy team and offers guidance on design thinking, data analysis, and client strategy.
