Oversaw Aspire Health Alliance's lease at 54 Miller Street

Handled the Healthcare Realty Trust sale (Brighton, MA)

John Real serves as Vice President on the Colliers Southwest Brokerage Team, where he advises clients in the office, healthcare and industrial sectors. Within the past two years, Real and his team leased approximately 7 million square feet.

Recent notable transactions included Aspire Health Alliance’s lease at 54 Miller Street and the sale of Healthcare Realty Trust at 280 Washington St. (Brighton, MA). He started his Colliers career in 2019, rising through the ranks from intern to associate and now, vice president.

Real actively participates in Colliers-sponsored community events and is known for his willingness to mentor junior team members. Active in his local church, Real has volunteered for many community organizations, including the MainSpring Homeless Shelter, Ireland Fund, Friendship Home and New England Center for Homeless Veterans.
