Active involvement with community endeavors

Since joining Horvath & Tremblay in 2020, Vice President Jason Woods has generated a strong track record in the net lease retail industry. He focuses on facilitating acquisitions and dispositions of retail properties.

One highlight was the completion of a $33-million 1031 exchange, placing the entire amount into five separate net lease properties with national credit tenants.

Woods is actively involved with several volunteer and fundraising endeavors, working with organizations including the Cory Griffin Foundation and Best Buddies. He also participates in Horvath & Tremblay’s community efforts, which include Habitat for Humanity and the Boston Food Bank.

These are just a few reasons we chose Jason Woods as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
