David Thomann works with Cushman & Wakefield’s Science, Technology & Emerging Markets team, where he provides corporate advisory, strategic planning and transactional services.

He has successfully led several high-profile transactions, including Servier Pharmaceuticals’ 70,000-square-foot U.S. headquarters (two facilities), Via Separations’ 50,000-square-foot headquarters and Nanoramic Labs’ combined 170,000 square feet of headquarters and manufacturing facilities. He also played a key role in AI Proteins’ sizeable expansion in Fenway and works with Breakthrough Properties and Tishman Speyer on the One Milestone development at Harvard Business School’s campus.

Thomann is active within the company beyond daily responsibilities, particularly in mentoring and recruiting. His community involvement includes membership in the network of Italian professionals in Boston (PIB) and youth support through real estate club talks,  mentorship and career advice.

These are just a few reasons we chose David Thomann as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
