Cushman & Wakefield associate Nicolette Pope specializes in office tenant representation and agency representation in downtown Boston. She provides real estate portfolio strategies and transaction services for office occupiers.
Her successful leasing transactions include the headquarters relocation for Zevra Therapeutics. Pope is also a key member of the agency representation teams for prominent buildings such as 75 State Street, owned by Rockpoint and DivcoWest; 28 State Street, owned by Heitman; and 801 Boylston Street, owned by Azora Exan, LLC.
Pope recently co-led Cushman & Wakefield’s participation in Cycle for Survival at Equinox to support rare cancer research at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She has a thriving social media business, where she produces travel, lifestyle and food content.
