Marcia Langley is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, where she handles a broad range of real estate matters. She joined the firm after serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation and as General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Gulfstream Housing Corporation.
Langley focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition of large residential, office, industrial and retail properties, as well as commercial leasing. She also assists with the acquisition and development of retail franchise operations. Langley represents real estate developers, investors, and franchise owners/operators in acquisition and sale transactions.
Notable matters included representing developer Penn-Florida Companies with its $500 million in financing for the Via Mizner project and the development of a Mandarin Oriental Hotel in downtown Boca Raton, FL. She also advised a purchasing party in its simultaneous acquisition of multiple multifamily properties, totaling over 1,200 units; the purchases involved both finished and under-construction properties.
These are some of the reasons why Marcia Langley received Connect CRE’s 2025 Florida & Gulf Coast Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
