Advised on $230 million in construction financing for a New York development

Keith Print is a partner with Morrison Foerster. His practice centers on large-scale syndicated mortgage, mezzanine, subscription, and corporate/REIT credit facilities, as well as construction loans for major multifamily and office developments. Print handles real estate sales, acquisitions, and leases, including ground and office leases for landmark hotel and industrial sites. He also represents well-known domestic and international lenders in real estate financings.

Recent highlights include representation of Société Générale and Standard Chartered Bank as co-lenders in a $2.11-billion senior secured portfolio mortgage financing for Mapletree Investments. Another representation involved Wells Fargo Bank and its $230-million construction financing for Durst Organization’s Halletts Point development in Queens, New York. Print also advised Standard Chartered Bank and JPMorgan Chase Bank on several large portfolio mortgage financings, including financings of $850 million, $595 million, $443 million, $210 million and $131 million secured by industrial properties.

He has been named a Next Generation Partner in The Legal 500 US.
