Helped close a $60-million refinance loan on a Detroit hotel
Represented a client in its $92-million mortgage refinance loan
Sheppard, Mullin Partner Michael Roth represents clients in the acquisition, financing, development, construction, leasing, and disposition of major projects throughout the U.S., with a focus on hospitality projects. He has represented property owners on every aspect of their projects, from start to finish.
Roth also advises renewable energy developers and landowners on real estate and financing matters for solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects, as well as data center site projects, in multiple states, including California, Illinois, and Texas.
One notable matter involved closing a $60-million refinancing loan for the Godfrey Hotel Detroit. He also represented Michigan Cermak Indiana LLC in a $92-million mortgage loan refinance with Access Point Financial for a hotel tower adjacent to Chicago’s McCormick Place convention center.
Roth is actively involved with his local church, serving on the finance committee and the board of directors.
