Kashyap Trivedi

Kashyap Trivedi is a partner with Trivedi & Kahn Attorneys at Law. He handles commercial and residential real estate transactions, dealing with seasoned investors, developers, and first-time homebuyers.

He has completed a substantial amount of work in hotel/motel transactions, landlord-tenant law, and construction law.

In addition to his successful legal practice, Trivedi has made a significant impact through his leadership in the real estate community. He has served as President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Under his leadership, both the local chapter and the national organization experienced growth in membership, increased visibility, and stronger ties with policymakers at the local, state, and national levels.

His tenure also saw an increase in general public awareness of the buying power of the Asian American community, through the provision of resources on capital sourcing, lending, and cultural norms when transacting with community members.

Trivedi is a dedicated professional, leader, and volunteer committed to the growth and success of the commercial real estate industry in Chicago and beyond.
