Helped develop a capital tracking tool to capture spending in detail, by asset

Secured two complex, long-term leases in South Florida

Rebecca Monroe is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Anchor Health Properties. She is responsible for leading the firm’s asset management and operations for Southeastern U.S. investments and supporting underwriting and due diligence efforts on new firm medical office investments.

Monroe helped develop a new capital tracking tool that was rolled out across the company. The capital tracker allows Anchor Health Properties to capture approved and spent capital in detail by asset month-by-month and yearly. In addition, Monroe secured two complex long-term leases in Anchor’s South Florida market to bring in a surgery center and bring the asset to 100% occupancy. The deal also involved negotiating a building expansion and long-term lease to include a linear accelerator addition to an existing cancer center.

Her tenure at Anchor Health Properties has been characterized by her essential role in expanding and enhancing the company’s management platform.

Monroe supports the Orlando Union Rescue Mission and the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando. She also contributes monthly to the Wounded Warrior Project.

These are a few reasons Rebecca Monroe is among the Florida & Gulf Coast Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
