Jackie Impellitier
Developed a centralized services department to handle labor shortages and help payroll savings
Developed a plan to standardize operations of all ZRS properties
As ZRZ Management’s COO, Jackie Impellitier oversees the operations department, which supports all property management technical functions, standard operating procedures, and workflows. She is responsible for all apartment operations, including asset optimization, information systems, management transitions, technology support and training.
In 2023, Impellitier developed a Centralized Services Department to offset the labor shortage, realize payroll savings opportunities, eliminate mundane tasks, and refocus onsite staff on a high level of customer and resident service. Impellitier also helped develop a game plan that allows every property ZRS manages to be run on a standardized method, providing consistency across its portfolio.
Impellitier recently spearheaded a significant partnership with Tesla to bring EV charging to ZRS properties and residents. Thirty-five properties will have 450 chargers installed at $1.1 million, with several more sites under consideration.
Impellitier started a mentor program for other women at ZRS to share valuable information and offer opportunities for skill development, learning, and self-improvement in a supportive environment.
While Impellitier is always looking for ways to help ZRS grow and be more successful, she is equally interested in helping those in her community. She serves as a grief counselor for New Hope for Kids and volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House in Orlando.
These are just a few reasons Jackie Impellitier is one of the Florida & Gulf Coast Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
