One of the original founding members of IPA
Victor Nolletti is an executive managing director and one of the original founding members of the Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. In 2023, he closed 19 transactions totaling more than $303 million.
He has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in institutional multifamily property sales throughout the Northeast. Nolletti joined the firm in 1999 and has developed long-term, trusted relationships with many of the most active multifamily operators in the country, including high-net-worth private investors, major institutional investors, and quasi-institutional investors. He also has extensive relationships with the appraisal and lender communities.
Nolletti’s notable achievements in 2023 included the $71-million sale of the 303-unit Place at Catherine’s Way in Manchester, CT and a $92-million transaction for a 518-unit multifamily portfolio in Middletown, CT.
