Cushman & Wakefield’s executive managing directors Scott Gredler, George O’Connor and Pete Whoriskey are part of the firm’s Greater Boston Suburban brokerage team. In their role, the three leaders advise landlords and tenants on their real estate strategy.

In 2023, the team closed 127 transactions totaling 6.3 million square feet. One notable transaction included Locus Robotics’ 157,500-square-foot lease at 100 Fordham Road in Wilmington, MA. In another transaction, the team represented HD Supply in its 152,290-square-foot lease at 100 Meadow Road in Boston and CheerkPak in its 315,000-square-foot lease at 1 United Drive in West Bridgewater, MA. The team represented the landlord in QCD’s 135,731-square-foot lease at 300 Charles Colton Road in Taunton, MA.

The team was recently awarded the Taylor Corporation portfolio account. The client is headquartered in Mankato, MN, and the account involves 80 locations totaling more than 2.7 million square feet of industrial product.

These are some of the reasons we selected the team of Scott Gredler, George O’Connor and Pete Whoriskey as one of the Boston & New England winners in Connect CREs 2024 Top Broker Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards and transaction volumes in investment sales and leasing.
