Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael O’Leary (Executive Director) and Blake Baldwin (Executive Managing Director) specialize in advising landlords and tenants in their real estate strategies. While focusing on sale and lease transactions in the office sector, the team also represents tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston market’s research and development, industrial and life sciences/lab sectors.
In 2023, the team closed 139 transactions totaling 2.4 million square feet. Notable transactions on the landlord side included Locus Robotics’ 157,500-square-foot lease at 100 Fordham Road in Wilmington, MA; Brazonics’ 93,246-square-foot lease at 121 Tech Drive in Durham, NH; BTU International’s 57,025-square-foot lease at 10 Lyberty Way in Westford, MA; and ALKU’s 13,837-square-foot lease at Brickstone in Andover, MA.
On the tenant side, standout transactions included advising and representing Lantheus with its 46,526-square-foot expansion at 201 Burlington Road in Bedford, MA.
