Highlight transaction is McKesson’s 450,000-square-foot lease in Worcester, MA
Joe Fabiano and Michael Ciummei joined JLL in early 2014. Both lead the company’s Industrial Practice Group. During 2023, the team closed on 25 transactions totaling 2 million square feet.
The standout deal was 450,000 square feet leased to McKesson, representing one of Massachusetts’s largest speculative lease/development deals.
Before co-leading the Industrial Practice Team, Fabiano was a member of JLL’s South Leasing Team, where he leveraged his knowledge of the local market dynamics and trends to assist clients in advancing their corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel. Ciummei’s previous experience includes brokerage in downtown Boston.
Fabiano and Ciummei oversee industrial activity in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
