Josh Kanter and Anthony D’Ambrosia are managing directors with NNN Pro’s Boston office. As a firm, NNN Pro sold more than 720 transactions worth over $3 billion in 2023, and the company has completed more than $33 billion in lifetime sales.
Kanter and D’Ambrosia specialize in selling single-tenant net lease and multitenant retail properties in New England and the United States. In 2023, the team closed on 89 transactions at a deal volume of $350 million.
Kanter and D’Ambrosia represented the buyer on 47 transactions, proving their unmatched access to 1031 capital. Their most notable transactions of the year included brokering the sale of the Swampscott, MA Stop & Shop and completing the sale of an 18-property net-lease portfolio on behalf of a Boston-based estate.
