The SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston team completed over 550,000 square feet in leases and renewals over 100 transactions and closed on over $25,000,000 in sales in 2023. The team comprises Garrett Quinn, Marilyn Santiago, Alex Wood, Matt Cuneo, and Trevor Holmes.
Notable transactions include a 40,000-square-foot lease to Greenwood Industries at 28 Howe Street in Ashland, MA. The team had also arranged for the building’s $4.3 million sale a month prior.
Other notable transactions include Alaka’i Technologies’ 20,000-square-foot lease at 2 Mill & Main Street in Maynard, MA; spearheading 33,000 square feet of leases at Hudson Commerce Center in Hudson, MA and completing the lease-up of 34 Hayden Rowe Street in Hopkinton, MA with more than 20,000 square feet of transactions.
