Maxine Rosen
With team, completed Duolingo’s 86,000-square-foot headquarters lease
Active with entrepreneur organizations, including VC Unleased
As an assistant director at Savills, Maxine Rosen advises corporations on their physical footprints. Working alongside Vice Chairman Gabe Marans, Rosen leverages her venture capital and start-up community skills to drive opportunities at Savills.
During 2024, she was part of the team that completed an 86,000-square-foot lease for language app Duolingo’s NYC headquarters at 4 World Trade Center. Rosen also helped with Braze’s 93,000-square-foot headquarters lease at 63 Madison Ave.
Rosen provides real estate guidance and support to entrepreneurs across multiple industries. She is active with VC Unleashed, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing BIPOC and LatinX representation in venture capital. She also works with economic development organizations for foreign entities to export businesses to New York and establish a physical presence in the city.
These are just a few reasons we selected Maxine Rosen as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
