Bobby Carrozzo is Cushman & Wakefield’s Director of New York Investment Sales, having originated, marketed and sold over $1.5 billion of investment properties across the New York metropolitan area.

Notable deals include the $34.6-million sale of 534 West 28th St., an 80,000-square-foot development site in Chelsea, the $29-million sale of the 20,000-square-foot, mixed-use 91 Crosby Street, and the $17.1-million sale of 801-803 Greenwich St., two contiguous buildings undergoing gut renovation for future townhome and luxury rental use.

He is working on a portfolio of 11 renovated, mixed-use properties in NoLita, comprising 166 apartments and 28 retail units. The expected transaction price for the portfolio will reach nearly $200 million.

Carrozzo is an active member of several Cushman & Wakefield Employee Resource Groups, including CWFL (Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders), BUILD (Blacks United in Leadership Development), HOLA (Hispanic and Latino Advancement) and WIN (Women’s Integrated Network).

Carrozzo has volunteered, whether by time or monetarily, for the James Blake Foundation (for the NYC Marathon), Project Destined, Cycle for Survival for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Operation Backpack for The Volunteers of America, The NYC Department of Homeless Services and CityMeals on Wheels. He’s actively involved with the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management Recent Alumni Council.

Carrozzo has been honored by  Cushman & Wakefield with its Future Leaders 7 Under 7 award.
