Matthew Dzbanek is a senior director in the Capital Services Group at Ariel Property Advisors. He is responsible for debt and equity placement on behalf of owners of commercial assets nationwide.
Notable transactions include brokering a $25.3-million loan for the value-add acquisition of the 82-unit 120-125 Riverside Dr. and arrangement of $13.5 million to acquire three 40% vacant, free-market, mixed-use buildings in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. He is the recipient of Ariel’s Top Producer Award at the Bronze Club. Dzbanek is a member of the team recognized as one of Connect CRE’s Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders.
These are just a few reasons we selected Matthew Dzbanek as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will strongly influence the commercial real estate industry.
