Silverstein Properties’ Vice President of Commercial Leasing, Harlan Strader, helps oversee an 11-million-square-foot portfolio. He directly manages 4 million square feet across three assets, including 120 Broadway, 120 Wall Street and the U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles. Strader handles new leasing, renewals, expansions and relocations and is skilled in optimizing asset performance, enhancing tenant relations and driving revenue growth through effective leasing strategies. He has completed over 1.5 million square feet in lease transactions.
Strader mentors new Silverstein employees and represents the company as a member of REBNY and YMWREA (Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association). He volunteers regularly with the Fort Greene Park Conservancy and has been involved with Harboring Hearts and New York Cares.
