William Matheson and Evan Matheson are the managing partners and co-founders of Matheson Capital. Since 2018, this multifamily investment firm has owned and operated over $120 million in real estate. William Matheson has led 13 acquisitions, generating an investor IRR of 40% on six completed projects.

The Mathesons oversee company operations, sourcing investment opportunities and investor relations. Before Matheson Capital, the brothers worked at Marcus & Millichap. The brothers completed Columbia University’s Master’s in Real Estate Development Program in 2018. Will’s earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and Evan received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina.
