As Sands Investment Group’s Investment Sales Advisor, Nolan Dunn underwrites and prices deals and advises clients. He also regularly builds trust and connects buyers and sellers.

Dunn served as an infantry officer with the U.S. Army, during which he was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He also held roles at Bank of America as a prime broker and equity trader. He joined Sands Investment Group in December. 2021.

Dunn is a natural leader and mentor with a superb work ethic. He educates himself about market conditions to provide the best insight to his clients. His knowledge proves valuable in relationship building. This leads conversations and tracks a higher conversion rate of listings and closings.
