Handled $63.8-million construction loan for a 400-unit multifamily development

Originated and executed a $63-million multifamily construction loan for an opportunity zone project

As a vice president at BWE, Graham Gilreath helps clients structure debt and equity financing for their commercial real estate investments across the southeast. He specializes in advising clients on ground-up development projects for all asset classes.

A notable transaction involved capitalizing a $63.8-million construction loan for a 400-unit multifamily development in Knoxville, TN. He also originated and executed a $63-million ground-up multifamily construction loan on an opportunity zone project near Nashville’s urban core.

Gilreath was a capital advisor at First Southern Mortgage prior to its 2024 acquisition by BWE. He’s also worked for JLL and Boyle Investment Company.

Gilreath is active with ULI Nashville, co-chairing the organization’s Capital Markets Action Council. He’s a member of NAIOP Nashville, where he is a board member for the organization’s Developing Leaders. He’s also a legacy member of The Phoenix Club of Nashville and a former volunteer YoungLife leader. Gilreath regularly mentors younger BWE employees who are interested in a production role.

These are just a few reasons we chose Graham Gilreath as one of Connect CRE’s Atlanta & Southeast 2024 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
