Ani Paulson is the vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap and the founder of the AP Group, which operates in Atlanta, GA, Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC and Nashville, TN. She analyzes and sells office, industrial, and retail properties, emphasizing exclusive seller representation.

Throughout her career at Marcus and Millichap, Paulsen has assessed over $1 billion in commercial real estate assets spanning 20 states. She has facilitated the sale of properties exceeding $250 million, totaling nearly four million square feet.

Notable transactions include the $15.6-million sale of the net-leased Wilbert Plastics Manufacturing Plant at 2930 Greenville Hwy., Easley, SC. She also played a key role in the $4.2-million sale of a net-leased UPS property at 2031 S Centennial Ave, Aiken, SC and the $6.5-million sale of the Multitenant Flex Park at Woodland Industrial Park, 1506-1516 Kalamazoo Dr., Griffin, GA.           

Paulson mentors aspiring commercial real estate agents at Marcus & Millichap and local colleges, providing guidance and sharing her expertise. She participates in educational speaking events, fostering talent and creating growth opportunities. Paulson also dedicates her time to supporting local and national animal shelters, providing donations and lending assistance to fundraising initiatives that improve the welfare of animals in need.
