As COO of Realty Companies, Alex Leveto manages the daily operations of the Southeast’s largest land brokerage. During his tenure, he has closed over 110 land transactions. Notable deals include brokering land for a master-planned community consisting of 2,365 units (single-family, townhomes and apartments) in Gainesville, GA, and handling land for a mixed-use project at 1078 & 1094 Mooreland Ave. in Atlanta.

Leveto grew his family business (launched by his father in 1986) from five to over 30 land agents while spearheading expansion into other southeast locations, including Chattanooga, TN, Savannah, GA and Destin, FL. Under his leadership, he rebranded the company, increasing its yearly sales to $167 million in 2023.

He has been featured in Fortune Magazine and the Wall Street Journal and received Exeleon Magazine’s Young Entrepreneurs of America award.
