Katelyn Fabian

Katelyn Fabian is a senior associate with Cushman & Wakefield Atlanta’s Office Tenant Representation group. She provides strategic scenario planning and representation to tenants for office lease renewals, relocations, sublease dispositions, consolidations and more. Within the past year, she was involved in leasing transactions totaling 279,000 square feet, representing a $38.5-million deal volume.

Notable transactions include tenant representation in a new 19,715-square-foot lease at 1510 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd. in Atlanta (with colleague Chad Koenig) and brokering a landlord-tenant renewal and expansion deal at 525 S. Gladiola St. in Salt Lake City.

Fabian started her career as a summer intern with Florida Lifestyle Homes, then joined TLG Real Estate Services as a marketing and administration assistant. She also worked as a client services coordinator and associate at CBRE.

She mentors young women in the industry while participating in community causes and initiatives, including Make a Wish Georgia and serving as a board member with Soccer in the Streets.
