As a partner with Davis Wright Tremaine, Keven Badgley helps clients with the financing, development, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. He counsels institutional lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and real estate finance transactions. He is an expert in construction and term lending transactions involving affordable housing projects supported by low-income housing tax credits.

Badgley’s activities include working with national and regional banks concerning taxable and tax-exempt construction and permanent facilities, totaling hundreds of millions annually to finance affordable housing projects. He also represented a buyer in its $31-million Utah apartment acquisition and assisted in arranging a loan from a life insurance company.
