J. David Zehntbauer is a Dunn Carney partner who focuses on real estate and corporate law. He leads the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use practice group and is an active member of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Agriculture & Natural Resources and Intellectual Property teams. He has extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and complex financing transactions.

In addition to leading Dunn Carney’s Real Estate Practice Group, Zehntbauer is the chair of Dunn Carney Cares, the firm’s private foundation that provides emergency assistance to employees and their families. He also serves as trustee and chairman of the Zehntbauer Foundation.

Zehntbauer is a member of the American Bar Association, Multnomah Bar Association, NAIOP, Commercial Association of Brokers and Portland Business Alliance. He is also an Oregon Business Association board member.

Zehntbauer has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, and Chambers USA in Real Estate. He received a Highly Regarded Ranking in real Estate Acquisitions from the International Financial Law Review.
