Chris Kang is a partner with Perkins Coie. He advises national and regional clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and development. Kang’s work in commercial real estate includes retail, office, multifamily, mixed-use, industrial warehouse and renewable energy projects.

He has spearheaded lease negotiations for clients from major shopping centers, Class A office buildings, warehouse and distribution centers, and corporate headquarters for companies such as Puget Sound Energy, Coinstar, Ionna and Perkins Coie.

Kang represented a real estate investment group in purchasing multiple senior housing facilities by conducting due diligence review. He also represented a buyer in acquiring a historic downtown Seattle building.

He is a member of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Asian Bar Association of Washington and Korean Bar Association of Washington. He is a Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue board member and a former council member with the Overlake Medical Center Pulse! Leadership.

Kang has been listed as a “Rising Star” in Washington Super Lawyers Magazine and among the “Top 100 Hot List of Attorneys Under 40 for Western Region” in Lawyers of Color Magazine.
