Kenneth Katzaroff is an Industry Group Leader with Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt. His experience includes working with developers on retail, hospitality and housing projects. He also handles legal proceedings, including all levels of land use entitlement, state water rights, State Environmental Policy Act mitigation, and surface mining permitting. Katzaroff also collaborates on legislative amendments to facilitate the growing demand for mixed-use developments.

His activities include representation of a destination resort developer in land appeals before the ‎Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals, Oregon Court of ‎Appeals and Oregon Supreme Court.‎ He also managed development, regulatory ‎approval, and subsequent appellate proceedings for a ‎‎170+ acre luxury housing development in Bend, ‎OR.

Katzaroff is active with the Bend Chamber of Commerce, serving as its Advocacy Council Chair, Vice Chair, and on the organization’s Legislative Committee. He is also on the Leadership Bend Advisory Board. Professionally, Katzaroff is a member of the ICSC’s Government Relations Committee.

The Best Lawyers of America has recognized him as “Ones to Watch in America,” Natural Resources Law. Cascade Business News named him to its Accomplished Under 40 list.
