Douglas Frank is the administrative co-head of Proskauer Rose’s Los Angeles office and partner in the Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on real estate private equity investment, real estate-related joint ventures, secured lending, mezzanine lending, structured finance activities, and real estate acquisition and sales transactions.
Frank advises private equity investors and real estate advisors on a broad range of real estate investments, particularly in the areas of acquisition and disposition of core real estate properties and joint ventures for the development, construction, financing and operation of office, retail, multifamily, condominium, hospitality and industrial projects.
Transactions include representing a client in the acquisition and financing of the San Jose Marriott Hotel. He also represented equity investments in joint ventures formed to develop and construct large-scale multifamily projects in various states.
Frank is a Los Angeles County Bar Association member, serving on its Steering Committee and Real Estate Section. He has been recognized by the Best Lawyers in America and The Legal 500 United States: Real Estate.
