Joshua Pierce leads the real estate practice in MoFo’s Boston office and is currently responsible for managing all aspects of his transactions. These include acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures. He regularly handles transactions involving a variety of asset class types and is a recognized leader in mortgage-mezzanine financing.

In addition, Pierce manages a team of associates in sophisticated transactions. He is heavily involved in pro bono work, firm diversity and inclusion efforts, attorney recruiting, administrative responsibilities, commercial real estate industry seminars and events, and other community organizations in the Boston area.

Transactions included closing an $85 million mortgage/mezzanine construction loan facility for Santander Bank and representing Greystone on a $33 million construction loan facility to develop a 210-unit multifamily project in Spokane, WA.
