Leads the firm’s 30-member Real Estate group

In 2024, closed two major projects for clients having budgets over $500 million

Ashley Brooks leads Sullivan & Worcester’s 30-member Real Estate group, overseeing all business development efforts, training associates, monitoring the group’s overall progress, and mentoring younger attorneys. She also sits on Sullivan’s Management Committee, coordinating with her peers regarding business decisions and compensation.

In 2024, she closed two major projects for long-time clients with aggregate project budgets of over $500 million. Brooks also led the team that advised Greystar on the second phase of its 700-plus-unit development in Everett, MA.

Brooks’ pro bono work includes work with Inspire DC Heading Home. She co-founded and was co-chair of the Heading Home’s outreach council. Additionally, Brooks serves as a trustee of Lawrence Model Lodging House Trust.

This is why Ashley Brooks received Connect CRE’s 2024 Boston & New England Lawyers in Real Estate Award. The award celebrates real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice and the larger community.
