As the Real Estate Department co-chair, Jared L. Tardy handles complex commercial real estate transactions for developers, owners and institutional investors. He also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.

Tardy counsels clients on acquiring, leasing, financing, restructuring and selling retail, office, industrial and hotel properties throughout the country. Tardy also represents sponsors and investors in joint venture transactions to purchase commercial properties.

Notable representations include working with Jamestown to acquire and finance Constitution Wharf, a waterfront office property in Boston. He also represented Beacon Capital Partners in its multibillion-dollar acquisition and financing of a 45-office portfolio of properties in Seattle, DC and Virginia.
