Lindsey Groom

Lindsey Groom joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010. Today, she is a leader of the firm’s national Healthcare Advisory Practice, which provides a full platform of specialized services to hospital systems, physician practice groups and investors in healthcare real estate nationwide. She also partners with colleagues across Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Advisory Practice to deliver comprehensive, specialized real estate services for her clients, including investment sales, financing, construction management, valuations and appraisals, lease administration, and property management.

Her team’s roster of healthcare tenant clients represents more than 8 million square feet of occupied space across the country. Groom and her team also advise healthcare real estate investors.

One high-profile assignment is the office-to-medical conversion of approximately 130,000 square feet within the iconic 875 North Michigan Avenue. Lindsey and her team advised ownership during the conversion and are now marketing the newly delivered medical space to healthcare users.

For more than five years, she served as director of operations for Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Capital Markets platform, with responsibility for internal and external client relationship management, marketing and communications, infrastructure coordination, data management and analysis. The platform of 350 brokers completed $48 billion in transactions during 2017.

Groom devotes significant time mentoring several associate broker members, supporting business development, and sharing best practices deployed to teams and clients across the platform.
