Katy Redmond

As JLL’s Managing Director, Integrated Portfolio Services, Katy Redmond is the Americas East Lead for services geared toward mid and large corporate occupiers. She is responsible for a business representing over $400 million in annual revenue. In 2022, her team added more than $15.5 million in annualized revenue and global brokerage for 59 million square feet from new business and contract renewals.

In 2023, Redmond’s team has closed more than 30 portfolio accounts, maintained a steady win rate, and is on track to exceed revenue targets for her region with a global brokerage of 80 million square feet. The total global square feet under management by her broker team is more than 940 million square feet.

Redmond was recently appointed Tech Sector Industry Lead for JLL’s Markets Advisory business. Here, she leverages the JLL platform to bring together functions and disciplines for professional development, innovation, sharing new strategies, thinking, best practices and connectivity for those who work with tech sector clients. She is a JLL spokesperson for real estate in the tech sector and has been featured in publications like Fast Company, Axios and CFODive.

Redmond participates in JLL mentorship programs, is part of JLL’s Women’s Business Network and serves as a CREW committee member. Redmond is active in several regions for CoreNet Global, serving over ten years as a chapter board member and member of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter’s Executive Committee.
